Homemade Gluten Free Corn Bread Recipe

Ingredients:
1 cup yellow corn meal
1 cup all purpose gluten free flour
1/4 cup sugar
1 tbsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 cup milk
1/3 cup olive oil
1 large egg, lightly beaten


Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees
2. Grease an 8" square baking dish.
3. In a medium bowl, combine corn meal, gluten free flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. 
4. In a separate bowl, combine milk, oil, and egg.
5. Add milk mixture to flour mixture and stir well until blended.
6. Pour into the prepared pan.
7. Bake for 20-25 minutes until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.  Serve warm.
