The San Ramon Whole Foods store is putting on an in store education program on January 13th & January 27th from 7:00pm-8:00pm. If you attend, you will be walked through the store with a food educator who will share her knowledge of gluten and how to avoid it in your everyday diet. It sounds fantastic and a great way to become more informed about eating a gluten free diet!
